Why don't you publish fixed tiers?
Because nearly every customer that signed up on a fixed tier ended up needing custom scoping anyway. A 50-page cap doesn't fit a 200-page government report, and a 10-PDF allotment doesn't fit a school district with thousands of legacy documents. Scoping up front gives you a flat number that actually matches your reality.
Are there per-page fees?
No. Your quote is a flat monthly rate. Page count and complexity factor into the scoping conversation up front, but you won't see line-item per-page charges or rush surcharges on your invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees unless your engagement specifies otherwise. Your previously remediated PDFs are yours to keep and download at any time.
What does "remediated PDF" include?
